Founded in 2005, Shandong Xinruida UPVC Profile Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in the manufacturing of PVC profiles. It is located in the National High-Tech Development Zone of Yucheng, Shandong province.
Through years of research and testing, the chief technology officer, who received formulation technology training respectively at Krauss-Mafei of Germany and Greiner AG of Austria in 1995, has developed a special formula for PVC profiles. Thus, based on high-quality raw materials and optimized composition ratios, the produced profiles have bright appearance, excellent internal performance and high welding strength. In decades of use, there has never been any cracking and discoloration in the welding corners of doors and windows.
The relatively-small amount of calcium carbonate added into PVC profiles makes our products resilient and light-weighted. The doors and windows made from our PVC products are favored by customers, as they have a low cost and a good quality.
In particular, we choose the calcium and zinc formula system to meet the environmental protection requirements in the production and use of the profiles.
In the mold design, we take the cavity structure into consideration and optimize the cross-section, which has improved the heat preservation and energy-saving effect as well as the economic applicability of the profiles.
