Company Introduction:

The plant is one of the main projects located in the Sirdaryo-Gizak Free Economic Zone for the production of glass containers for the medical and food industry.

The project consists of 2 phases, the 1st phase: “SIRDARYO UNIVERSAL OYNA” LLC, which started full production of medical and food glass packaging in 2018. The second phase of production will start in 2020 under the name “SIRDAYO GLASS” LLC.

The goal of the project is to replace imported glass bottles in exchange for foreign currency, to increase Uzbekistan’s export potential in this area, and to provide high-quality and inexpensive packaging materials for the medical sector. In turn, by providing inexpensive glass containers to pharmaceutical, canning and food producers, which have a strong presence on the domestic and foreign markets, it will reduce the prices of their products and raise their markets to a new level. Therefore, the project attaches great importance and studied the experience of advanced glassware production in the world. As a result of the research, the project is implemented in cooperation with world famous organizations from several European countries such as Germany, Czech Republic, France, Italy, Russia and others.

“SIRDARYO UNIVERSAL OYNA” LLC has a furnace with a capacity of 120 tons, which can produce 350,000 pieces per day, and ‘SIRDARYO GLASS’ LLC has a furnace with a capacity of 160 tons, which can produce 350,000 pieces per day. “SIRDARYO GLASS” LLC has a furnace with a capacity of 160 tons and can produce 450,000 glass containers per day.

Being able to offer quality products into any market is the golden rule in this market.

Therefore, in order to improve the quality of the product, the plant has introduced modern equipment that is rare in the world. With the help of the German-made X-ray fluorescence “Spectro Xepos” equipment, it is possible to analyze more than 80 elements in any dry sample in 11 minutes by a rapid method.

This proves that the plant is ahead of other representatives of the industry both in terms of economy and quality.
